27 June 2010- Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon

Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon is one of the most successful albums in history. Released in 1973, DSOTM went to number 1 immediately and remained in the charts for 741 weeks from 1973 to 1988, longer than any other album in history.

The album was a technical tour de force. The engineering was done by Alan Parsons. It was one of the first albums using multi-track recording and made extensive use of analog synthesizers. Every track is a classic.
